DATA PROTECTION NOTICE FOR THE CLUB ZERØ LOYALTY PROGRAM

2. Purpose and legal basis of data processing

This is available via https://zero-skin.de The offered loyalty program CLUB ZERØ allows registered users (“members”) to collect, manage and redeem points for benefits.

We link your collected points to your customer account and your orders in order to credit, manage and, if necessary, update the corresponding points.

If you have given us your consent, we will also use your data to send you information about your points balance, exclusive CLUB ZERØ offers, or relevant product information via email. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Legal basis:

  • Participation in CLUB ZERØ: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract)

  • Email information/newsletter: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent)

3. Storage

We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary for your participation in CLUB ZERØ.

If you cancel your membership, we will delete all associated data, unless legal retention obligations (e.g., under tax or commercial law) prevent us from doing so. In this case, processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Your rights as a data subject

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You can request information about the personal data we have stored at any time.

  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request the erasure of your data, provided there are no legal retention obligations.

  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You can request that we process your data only to a limited extent.

  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You can request the data concerning you in a commonly used machine-readable format.

  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You can object to the processing at any time, provided that it is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR.

  • Right of withdrawal for consents (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR): You can withdraw your consent at any time for the future.

  • Right to lodge a complaint : You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that we have violated data protection law. The competent authority is the one at your place of residence or the authority responsible for us in Berlin.
