• Terms and Conditions Zero Skin Subscribe & Save Subscription

    1. Scope
    These terms and conditions apply in addition to our general terms and conditions for all orders of products within the framework of our care subscription via our online shop.

    2. Subject matter of the contract
    With the skincare subscription, customers receive selected ZERØ SKIN products at regularly recurring delivery intervals. The skincare subscription can be taken out for the products marked as available for subscription in the shop.

    3. Delivery intervals
    Depending on the product and availability, delivery intervals of 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks are available for the care subscription.
    The selected delivery interval determines the frequency at which follow-up orders are triggered and billed.

    4. Prices and Discounts
    When taking out a care subscription, customers receive a discount of 8% on the subscribed product compared to the regular single sales price applicable in the online shop at the time of ordering, unless otherwise stated in the shop.
    The price applicable to each delivery is the price displayed in the shop at the time the respective subscription order is triggered, less the applicable subscription discount.
    Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately at checkout and before the completion of the respective order.

    5. Formation of the contract
    The care subscription comes into effect when customers select the subscription option during the ordering process, specify the desired delivery interval, and submit the binding order.
    Upon completion of the order process, the first delivery will be ordered. Subsequent deliveries will then be made automatically according to the selected interval until the subscription is paused, changed, or canceled.

    6. Payment methods and automatic repeat orders
    By concluding the care subscription, customers agree that the payment method chosen during the ordering process will be used for recurring orders according to the selected delivery interval, provided that this is technically supported by the payment service provider used.
    Subsequent orders will be triggered automatically and billed using the stored payment method.

    7. Subscription Management
    Customers can manage their care subscription via their customer account. There, they can adjust the delivery interval, delivery address, and payment method, as well as skip individual deliveries, pause the subscription, or cancel it.

    8. Termination
    The care subscription is concluded for an indefinite period and can be cancelled by customers at any time with effect for the next delivery that has not yet been triggered .
    If a subsequent order has already been placed or invoiced at the time the cancellation notice is received, the cancellation will only take effect for the following delivery.
    The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

    9. Product availability / changes
    Should a subscribed item be temporarily unavailable, we will inform customers. In this case, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
    We reserve the right to discontinue the maintenance subscription for individual products if there is a legitimate reason, particularly in the event of changes to our product range, unavailability, or economic unreasonableness. Orders already placed will remain unaffected.

    10. Price changes
    Changes in product prices may affect future, unactivated subscription deliveries. For each subsequent delivery, the price valid in the shop at the time of activation, less the stated subscription discount, will apply, unless otherwise agreed in individual cases.
    Customers can adjust or cancel their subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

    11. Shipping and Delivery
    Subscription orders are subject to the shipping conditions stated in the online shop. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, availability, and shipping location.

    12. Right of withdrawal
    Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal when initially subscribing to a care plan. Details can be found in our cancellation policy. The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts is generally 14 days.

    13. Applicability of the remaining terms and conditions
    Furthermore, our general terms and conditions and our data protection regulations apply in their respective current versions.
